Job Description

We are looking for an organized and experienced front desk associate to join our team.  You will be responsible for greeting clients as they walk into the building and  updating their information in our computer system.  It is essential that you keep our reception area clean and organized, presenting a welcoming atmosphere to any visitors.  This position is similar to a receptionist position.  You will be responsible for other administrative duties, such as answering the phones, scheduling appointments, checking messages/emails and responding to them.  Front desk employees are often the first employee that the customer or public comes into contact with, so you will be responsible for giving any visitor a good first impression of the business.  Duties and responsibilities also include copying files and documents, greeting other visitors and assisting them to specific destinations.  Answering, screening, taking messages and forwarding telephone calls.  Other administrative support tasks include, keeping appointment calendars and booking appointments for staff of the business.  Obtaining or sending documents using a computer or printer.  Contributing to the SECURITY of the building by helping to monitor visitors' access.  High school diploma or GED certificate preferred , experience and college preferred.  Administrative experience a plus, Strong communication skills, Data entry skills, knowledge to operate computer and telephone systems. Organizational abilities.  Make your own hours.  This position is negotiable.
